Stube Hermitage: the gourmet in Madonna di Campiglio...
The Stube Hermitage Restaurant is situated inside Bio-hotel Hermitage, completely renovated in 1999 according to the bio-architecture standards.
The owner, Giacomino Maffei, is keen on restoration. With his infinite passion for good food and drinking and thanks to the trust of many guests, he has reached many different important targets:
- A Trademark survey qualifies the Bio-Hotel among the 15 best hotels of the entire Alpine arc.
- For the characteristics of the building, the non common attention to details, for being situated in front of the Dolomiti del Brenta and the Natural Park of Adamello Brenta and for the service offered, the Michelin Guide has placed the hotel among the selected "Pleasant Hotels"
- One MICHELIN STAR
The Restaurant is open only for the dinner.
