Holidays mean entertainment, relax and most of all, nothing to worry about.
Celiac disease is a difficulty or inability to digest gluten, a protein found in oat, wheat, spelt, kamut, barley, rye and other cereals, and is rather widespread.
People affected by celiac disease must exclude certain foods from their diet.
At our hotel, guests with problems of gluten intolerance are offered a special menu with a small choice of suitable foods.
